I was blessed with a precious opportunity to photograph some local friends and at the end of the evening I captured this image. It is the baby of a Navy Doctor stationed in Afghanistan at Camp Leatherneck, LCDR David Brindley Fox.
I gave the images to David's, beautiful wife, Tara to send to him but I continued to think about all the precious moments, David is missing this Christmas Time and I wanted to dedicate a special Thanks to our Military for all the sacrifice they make so we have our freedom and hopefully, each one of you that sees this will make a special thank you post here to show your gratitude.
I can only imagine the emotions that roar within their souls being without their family and loved ones staring war in the face with each sunrise and sunset. We read about a suicide bomb blast in eastern Afghanistan killed two NATO troops and injured 18 others, NATO and Afghan officials said Sunday, December 6.
A time of war, a time of peace
A time of love, a time of hate
A time you may embrace
A time to refrain from embracing
Please take a moment to Love our Country and Thank our Troops! Pray for their safety.
My special thank you to LCDR David Brindley Fox, I hope my photos bring a smile to your face and joy in your heart!

An awesome photo - and heartfelt and beautiful words to go with it. Thank you and Thanks to all our troops.
